Using Creative Expression to Process Emotions Sponsored by Virginia Mason Cancer Institute

Through writing exercises and art activities, we’ll explore the perfectly normal feelings that can arise when your life is impacted by cancer. Learn how incorporating art and creativity into your self-care routine not only relieves stress and anxiety; it also nurtures discovery of hope, strength and meaning within the healing process.
Supplies Needed:
Pen / pencil
Paper (plain, non-lined, white or light color, several sheets)
Coloring media (your choice) markers, colored pens, crayons, pastels, watercolor
Scissors
Tape or glue
Magazine, newspaper or junk mail
