Using Our Five Senses to Promote Health and Wellbeing Sponsored by Swedish Cancer Institute

We experience life through our senses, and the quality of these experiences can lead to balance and promote mental and physical wellbeing. When we are looking to reduce stress and increase a sense of wellbeing, we can bring mindful awareness to what we are taking in through our senses: Ears, skin, eyes, tongue, and nose…. the gateways. Techniques such as coherence breathing, visualization and sound meditation will be practiced in this class.
